Refund Policy

Projects typically begin with an advance deposit and are billed against agreed milestones. Deposits reserve time and cover initial work, and are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, the deposit may be refunded in full. If work is in progress, refunds are calculated for the portion of work not yet performed, at my discretion and per the project agreement.

Completed and delivered milestones, third-party costs already incurred (such as hosting, licenses or paid APIs), and time already spent are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email me with your project details and reason. I’ll review the request against the agreement and the work completed, and respond within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
